Wife took time off from work to wait for it. Not only did we not get it at the specified time window, we didn't get it at all. Home depot appliance delivery is negative. They do not deliver as promised and the won't give you a refund, only store credit. In my opinion, the home depot is criminal.
One side panel is darker and other side panel is lighter. I reported the issue on 12th of March. It has been a week that matter has not been resolved. The store manager kept saying manufacture is staying beyond their product and will not return it.

She would check in to it and call us back. Several more days went by did not hear from them. Called and was told they should know something the next day. She did call and tell us it would be 3 more weeks before they could deliver another washer. Tried to call the salesperson back and she never answered her phone. Was going to cancel the order or ask for a discount.
The repairman confirmed that the washer was broken at delivery and needed new inlet valves. He did not repair the washer and stated he would call LG for instructions and possibly a replacement washer. He () never returned our call later on the 24th and of this date we do not have any further communication that the washer would be replaced. I had a very negative experience with HD with a wall to wall carpet purchase.

It is our contention that we did meet the warranty conditions of Home Depot by calling within the 48 hour period of installation. Installed April 3rd, called April 4th. After the second delivery, they contacted two painters. The lower estimate, for $575, covered all the walls in the stairway so they would match. The couple agreed to get estimates, but they decided to wait until the rest of their furniture arrived so a newly-painted staircase wouldn’t get damaged again.

XPO suggested they paint the entire wall rather than just the scuffed parts. That presented two problems, the couple said. The wall was too tall for them to do on their own, and the newly painted wall wouldn’t match the other walls in the staircase. This is pretty much par for the course, I think. When I built my deck a few years ago and had the wood & concrete delivered, the delivery guy did mar up my asphalt driveway some. It isn't intentional, those 3-wheeled forklifts that fit on the end of the flatbed aren't the most stable.

All I can say is NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from Home Depot. If you haven't made your purchase yet, and are reading this board, BE AWARE. Do yourself and your sanity a favor and give your business someplace else. I wish I had seen this page before buying my fridge from HD. Having same delivery issues as everyone else.
Can anyone suggest what options I have? The first delivery didn't show up, I called and the truck told me they don't have the item on their truck. The 2nd delivery they didn't show up either. I called and the call taker doesn't know why, just rescheduled next week again. I've wasted my time waiting for them and they don't care. I have no confidence with HD's delivery contractor.
Walls damaged during furniture delivery. How much should the company pay for repairs?
They installed it and it was a foot too short. Their solution was to patch the extra piece in, rather than remove it and replace it. It took many phone calls which weren't returned, a huge hassle and a long, long wait for the new install once they finally agreed to replace it. Sometimes the money you save with the big box store isn't worth it in the long run. You have to be persistent, keep after them or they won't make it right.
We were instructed to call LG for repair. We bought a washer and dryer from home depot. They said they could have it delivered the next weekend. But when we got to filling out the paper work it was going to be two weeks. We had made arrangements for a friend to pick up our old ones.
Not sure the delivery company changed the policies or not in the past 6 months, what used to be doable now becomes incapable. All I can do is to swallow my frustration and wait for the redelivery on a small truck 7 days after. We ordered and paid for a refrigerator/freezer from home depot with delivery, which we also paid for.
Also post the cabinet box nomenclature found on the outside of the box or pick ticket, and the design that was worked up for you. Still having the worst nightmare with delivery of an LG Washer ordered at Home Depot online. Rescheduled and no-shows and hours and hours on the phone! Missed work and $$$ at laundromats.
